More about Edward Tor:
A writer mocked for his lack of knowledge in the world decides to venture out and chronicle his tales. Through time he's been injured and hurt and went out to attain a party. Figuring he could make himself the main character to the contrary the others are more powerful. In time he decides that if he truly wants to be the main character he needs to rise to the occasion.

Well, I haven't read any of this, but that generator is definitely 3.5.

Well, First not level 2.
He may only have 2 class levels, but he has RHD levels.
Is it natural or afflicted lycantrope?

I made him afflicted so he wouldn't have to be really high leveled.

That only saves you one LA. You still have six animal hit dice, and two LA. With two class levels, that makes you ECL 10. The animal hit dice are what make lycanthropy... unattractive. You're probably better off with ten class levels.

Don't forget half-water elemental as well.

Yeah I figure its best to remake him and avoid all these little hassles. Though its nice to know that on my first try I accidentally made a powerhouse.

Typical level 2 character has 10-20 hit points. You...have 85. It's not so much that you made a level 2 powerhouse, as that you made a level 8 character.

A character generator that lets you make a weretiger half-water-elemental is most definitely 3.5, not 4.0. That is a very 3.5ish sort of character.

An afflicted weretiger has 6 racial hit dice, a +2 Level Adjustment, and a Challenge Rating of 5. The Half-Elemental template doesn't even have a Level Adjustment and was only ever intended for NPCs, but based on its CR increase of +2 and comparing it to templates like Half-Celestial, Half-Fiend, and Phrenic Creature, I'd call it a strong LA +2.

So an afflicted weretiger half-water-elemental human level 2 Bard would have an Effective Character Level of 12 and a Challenge Rating of 9. In contrast, a normal level 2 human Bard has an ECL and CR of 2.

He's only a "level 2 Bard" in the sense that a Barbarian 7/Bard 2 is a "level 2 Bard". He might be a powerhouse, but he's not a level 2 character in any sense.
