Question about Dragons (3.5)

Is there any variant or feat or whatever that can allow a Dragon to prepare it's spells like a Wizard instead of casting them spontaneously?

On another note, is there anyway to switch the main stat for Sorcerer casting to Int?

I believe Loredrake ( gives dragons the ability to prepare spells as a wizard... as to sorcerer spells based on int, I don't know.

::Edit:: Some basic googling suggests Loredrake is from Dragons of Eberron.

Not sure, but I think Loredrake does this. Don't know where it is, though.

It doesn't. Just increases your sorcerer level by two in return for dropping your racial HD to d10s
