You awaken slightly disoriented in a stone room. It's about 25' wide and 15' long. The room is lighted by a single burning torch on the north wall. The room is otherwise empty. A closed wooden door is in the south wall.

"Ugh, I gotta stop drinking.."


Tharmal gets up, and looks around.
"I'll probably need help with this.. Cave.. Thing.."
Tharmal begins drawing the seal of Savnok on the floor.


Binding Check: [roll0] Bind DC 20.

An arrow is now stuck underneath Tharmal's skin - up to you where.

Tharmal slowly approaches the wooden door, keeping a keen eye out. He starts poking the floor in front of it with his spear, keeping his distance.

If nothing happens, he then searches the door.

He sees a mostly empty room about 45ft long by 15ft wide. There is a debris pile in the center of the room. It appears to be a trash heap.

How large is the pile, exactly?

10ft x 10ft.

It seems to be mostly inedibles, such as scraps of metal and bits of tooth and bone.

Smells like trouble.

Tharmal takes a full-round action to summon Savnok's masterwork Fullplate. Grasping his spear, he ventures slowly forward towards the heap.

Among the detritus, he finds a dagger and a jar of oil suitable for burning in a lamp. Everything else is broken beyond usefulness.

Tharmal picks up the dagger, and puts it in his backpack.

No visible doors in the room?

I1, north wall - Wooden, open. The door through which you entered the room.
A3, west wall - Wooden, closed.
G3, south wall - Wooden, closed.

Tharmal heads for the door on the south side, readies his spear, and open the door.

The door is locked. As soon as Tharmal realizes this, he also realizes that the door is trapped as an acid arrow manifests and flies towards him. Fortunately, he dodges the shot.

He finds nothing, though something seems a bit odd. On second glance, he notices a row of small openings in the crevice where the wall joins the ceiling above the door.
