I'm looking for a base class that focuses on magical touch attacks as a source of dishing out damage. Has anyone made or seen anything that fits that bill?
Divine or arcane magic is fine, as long as the spells that are the focus for the class are things like Inflict Serious Wounds, Harm, and Shocking Grasp.
