I'm thinking Noncombatant and.... either Feeble or Murky-Eyed? Anyone have thoughts or opinions on which one might hurt more?

Unless you are planing on gishing, non-combatant is the best option, but take into account that many DM negate flaws if it doesn't really affect your characters.

Which is why WotC invented the flaw "Inattentive". You won't be spotting or listening much with your character anyway, but -4 to both those skills "hurt" any character.

If you take Non Combat flaws then you should build your character to where Sorcerer uses that but is bad at it... Basically you make a character that likes to do something but is horrible at doing it, say if you took a flaw that made him worse at riding a mount... then give him a mount that he loves to ride (just is horrible at it)

Have your sorcerer make a touch attack once in awhile between tossing orbs. The flaw will look like it's making a big difference; loudly complain whenever your DM reminds you to subtract 2 from your attack roll, and act surprised every time you kill a monster because their touch AC is so abysmally low.

Just go Pathetic X, where X is anything you want, and get an +2 item. Gratz, you got a feat for 4k.
