I personally think V is female (her mate looks male, she definitely looked female until the soul splice, and acts like a power hungry, arrogant female probably would, was called "lass" by durkon, and sleeps in the same room as haley when ever they go to an inn), Think about it.:smallamused:

I think OP misspelled Ultimate because he was sick of gender threads.

He sat behind his computer, day in, day out, waiting for that one post that finally solved his inner turmoil. But none came. Everyday, another person posted on these very forums a thread about V's Gender. They were all titled in a promising way:

"I KNOW WHAT GENDER VARVUSIUS IS" or "V's Gender: i FoUnD tHe AnSwEr".

Once there even was a thread in the language of the elite internetees: "\/:|_0|_ |=1|\||) 0|_|7 |-|15 [-3|\||)312"*, but it was all to no avail. No-one had the answer, and the Giant would not provide one to sate his curiosity.
Finally he could take no more. He stood up, walked over to the fridge, took out a 2 gallon bottle of Mountain Dew, opened the fridge door, closed it, boarded over what was left of the door, opened the cupboard, took out the 4 pounds of Halloween candy leftover, and walked over to his computer. He sat down and with in his rage gulped down every sip of mountain dew, and gorged himself on candy. In his sugar-induced trance, he logged on again, and created his own thread. The Ultamite debate thread you have now read this story of frustration, woe and sugar-rush on.

I think V's male based on panel 4 of this strip (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0679.html). Not that females couldn't be as oblivious, but this is more of a male response than a female response to such an offer by their spouse.

Edit: I'm new to the forum so forgive me if this has been brought up in previous discussions. :)
