How about an Eldar army for Apocalypse, consisting solely of a massive horde of Swooping Hawks lead by Phoenix Lord Baharroth and an Autarch on a jet bike, all very heavily converted.

gameplay-wise, that's' a terrible idea. all it takes is one superheavy with a spamgun or a big blast to wipe out the entire thing. and every superheavy has a spamgun and/or blast weapon. you'll get creamed.

My apologies.

In my defence, my motivation for this theme was more along the lines of "Wouldn't this be cool (practicality? what's that?)", so I didn't think it necessarily belonged in a tactics thread.
