Searching for a specific mini or Custom Minis?

I've got a player who's looking for a female, caster tiefling mini, unfortunately female tiefling minis are hard to come by. Does anyone know of a mini which would fit her requirements? Does anyone know of a place that does custom minis?

I've started to convert Warhammer and 40k miniatures to represent my player's characters.

A much cheaper option is to draw a picture and mount it on strong card or a round counter. Just drawing the character's face works nicely for the size you want, and it's a good outlet for the artsy people in the group.

Technically it's a rogue but if you draw some runes on those daggers it should be fine. Couresty of the reaper figure finder.

Cool, we'll need to find someone to paint it (none of us can paint to save our lives) but she looks like what my player wants.
