So, here's the basic idea. There's a feat, Spell Rehersal, that allows you to raise the DC of the save by 1, or the attack roll of the ranged attack by 1 for each time prior to this you have consecutively cast the same spell.

What's the best way to get utterly ridiculous amounts of casting of a given spell, and what spell should you use? Obviously, something irresistable is preferable...so searing spelled fire? Hell, we could make fireball truly awesome in this way.

Pixie Spellthief that has somehow got a ranged touch attack spell on her spell list. Sneak attack with your spell to steal a new use of the spell. You get a cumulative +1 to hit every round, while they lose a spell slot every round.

The only thing that can really be used well is save DCs, as an increasingly high chance to hit is not that powerful (Apart from in specific circumstances, like in the post above). I'd see about finding the lowest level save-or-suck spell there is, and casting quickened versions of it, and, if it counts, twinned versions. Pump up the save DC really fast, and have even a horde of enemies debuffed in 2-3 rounds.

Tainted Scholar is the easiest way to get huge numbers of spell slots. Other than that, Repeating Spell metamagic with some type of cost mitigation might serve you well.

Does it stack with Twin spell?

Let's see...

Necropolitan Wizard
Tainted Scholar (because the cheese just never stops)
Echo Spell
A way to consistently boost CL to handle a cumulative -4 every hour.

There's a total of 600 rounds in a single hour. All you need to do is get your taint high enough to cast the spell 600 times and let Echo Spell do the rest.

Twinned repeat spell scorching ray sounds good, with some metamagic reducers to get the level cost down. Quicken one each round, and you'll effectively be casting it 4x on round 1, then 8x on each successive round.

More speculatively, spells cast through arcane fusion and greater arcane fusion might qualify. If so, find yourself a good 1st-level fire spell like burning hands or something, pull out all the stops with metamagic reducers and shapechange into a choker for an additional standard action per round, and by level 20 you should be throwing three twinned repeating greater arcane fusions, each of which contains a twinned repeating burning hands and a twinned repeating arcane fusion, which in turn contains two twinned repeating burning hands, for a grand total of 60 burning hands spells on the first round and 120 burning hands spells on each successive round...but you'd only be able to keep this up for a couple of rounds before you ran out of top-level spell slots.
