Hey guys after reviewing many Wizard handbooks and reading I have decided to make a specialized wizard of an abjurer and do the Io7v class with Master Specialist class up to lvl 3 to qualify for Io7v.

I also have decided to ban evocation and enchantment but my question is what do I get in return. I read the players hand book and can't find any information??? :smalleek:

From the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/sorcererWizard.htm#schoolSpecialization), and can be found in one of those insert-boxes under the Wizard description in the PHB.

A specialist wizard can prepare one additional spell of her specialty school per spell level each day. She also gains a +2 bonus on Spellcraft checks to learn the spells of her chosen school.
So basically, you will have 3 first level spells at level 1: one from being a Wizard, one from having 12-19 INT, and one (abjuration) from being a specialist. You always have one extra spell slot of each level, which you can put any abjuration spell into.
