If you are a half-elf revenant, you can gain the feat Half-Elf Soul to get the Dilettante class feature, which grants you an at-will power from a class other than your own as an encounter power. You can use either that encounter power or Dark Reaping, the revenant's encounter power, in a given encounter, which is all well and good. However, if you pick up the versatile master feat at 11th level which you qualify for, the at-will granted from your Dilettante becomes an at-will power. So can you now use both Dark Reaping once per encounter and the at-will at will, or can you only use one still?

In a given encounter, you can use the power you chose for Dilettante or your dark reaping racial power.
Which means that, if you use your half-elf power dilettante power, you cannot use your dark reaping power in the same encounter. And vice versa.

The frequency at which your half-elf power, or your dark reaping power, is used doesn't matter, given the wording.

Fair enough. So if you use the at-will once, you can't use dark reaping, and vice-versa.

Yes. And also, you still can't use Dark Reaping multiple times per encounter, because Versatile Master doesn't say that you can.
