I have this idea for a character of mine who is going to be a Deathless Mummy that specializes in duel wielding and I am curently wondering what classes/prestige classes would work well for this besides ranger and fighter. Keep alighnment requriments from Good to Neutral and please list the book the class can be found in thank you

Maybe you should start by listing what a deathless mummy gets, including RHD and LA.

For the most part though, anything any standard TWF would use.

I almost didn't answer because it's a deathless mummy (personal hatred for all things hypocrisy-undead); but I figured that didn't help anyone; so I'll throw out a few ideas.

Ranger is of course one of the go-to options. They get the option for dual-wielding early on, and you won't need much in the way of dexterity; so it's pretty solid. If you are allowed to take Double-Slice (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/double-slice-combat---final), you can make your dual-wielding viable (you should be able to take it, since you're spending two feats to be a bit better at what someone can do with a two handed weapon), and would combo well with a mummy's impressive strength modifier.

If at all possible, try to pick up Two-Weapon Rend (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/two-weapon-rend-combat---final) to further your dual-wielding options. It's a pretty high level one though, and you may not be able to qualify for it well due to level adjustments or racial HD if applicable.

Both will favor your mummy strength, and make dual-wielding pretty nice. Finally, since you're playing a mummy; please promise me to get some fire resistance ASAP.

And here I thought you would be playing a character who dual-wielded mummies...

I hate misleading titles.

Warblade levels for Tiger Claw maneuvers will help tremendously.

This title gave me the strangest mental picture.

Tempest is a nice PrC for dualwielders.

Oh good. I thought I was the only one picturing someone beating people to death with King Tut and Cleopatra...

The most powerful dual wielder I've ever seen played was a Barbarian/Ranger/Dervish/Tempest.

Fast, deadly, and moving while full attacking. Not to mention dual-wielding scimitars as light weapons.

I strongly suggest Swift Hunter; Ranger/Scout with Swift Hunter-feat from Complete Scoundrel. That combines them for Skirmish-advancement and Favored Enemies and allows you to deal Skirmish-damage to Favored Enemies. Then just add a level of Cloistered Cleric or 10 levels of Dervish and you get to Skirmish full attack every round.

This doesn't really deal that impressive damage, but it's not bad at all. Definitely beats out non-Swift Hunter TWFers.

Books allowed and ECL?

In general, a build that focuses on getting a lot of attacks (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=7066595) should focus on status effects imposed by attacking (Daze, Stagger, Nauseated, etc) and/or ability damage/penalties (Poison (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=4854.0), net, spell storing weapon, Touch of Golden Ice, Crippling Strike, Mind Cripple (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040723b), Quell the Profane, Longtooth Elite, Wounding weapon, Maiming Strike, etc) and/or bonus dice of damage (keeping in mind that you will never be able to compete with a Power Attack combo or spells/maneuvers/etc).

Just be aware of the inherent weaknesses of such builds - with the exception of Daze, broad categories of enemies will be immune to some or all of your effects, ability damage, or Precision Damage.

Alternatively or in addition, thrown weapon builds work well with TWF. This pretty much necessitates Master Thrower and/or Bloodstorm Blade and/or Hulking Hurler though.

So my suggestion is Warblade, Psychic Rogue, Rogue, Psychic Assassin. There are also a few PrC that are good at low levels, like Disciple of the Eye and Avenging Executioner.

Adding to Personman's list, Swordsage is quite good too. Not as high BAB as Warblade, but access to all the key schools and then some makes up for that somewhat along with Insightful Strike, free WF, etc.
