Are there any abilities or spells that allow you to teleport someone to you? I'm trying to gen a character that can find and bring people to my location. If there is any way to do this against unwilling characters or make someone fail your save on purpose?

Thanks

Fail your save on purpose is possible through Diplomacy, technically. You convince them that you are casting a good spell on them and not to fight it but you are actually Plane Shifting them to the Plane of Fire.

According to the most unfortunate line in the SRD: "Unconscious creatures are automatically considered willing." (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicOverview/spellDescriptions.htm#targetorTargets)

Well Convincing them I am friendly is good, Just need to find some stuff to disguise spells and such

I also found Translocation trick but as a 3rd level Sorc only spell it seems harder to get higher level classes to fail their saves.

I guess that I could Heighten spell it.

That would be Bluff. If you're out and out lying to someone, it's Bluff.
