Looks like a FUDGE-derived Kobolds Ate My Baby-a-like, or possibly a boardless version of Dungeonbowl (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/2287/blood-bowl-second-edition-elves-dwarfs-and-dunge), on first reading. Scratch that. Mechanically it's a Fighting Fantasy-style system.
