Seelie Court Fey SLA DC question

How do you calculate the DC of the SLAs granted by the Seelie Court Fey template? (Dragon Compendium pg. 214)

Haven't seen the template yet, but I would make a very strong guess that the DC would be 10+1/2 HD+Cha, like almost every other SLA. It's how 3.5 always does things, I wouldn't be surprised if they just forgot to put it in the entry.

10 + the level of the spell the ability resembles or duplicates + the creature’s Cha modifier.
