How much would a Greater Rod of Wonder cost?

There is no greater rod of wonder.

Rod "rankings" such as lesser and greater only apply to metamagic rods as limits on the levels of the spells they can affect.

The Deck of Many Things could certainly serve the role of a Greater Rod of Wonder, but it's an artifact (even if not a major one).

This looks like a job for the Homebrew Forum!

WotC had an excerpt about it awhile back. My google-fu is failing.

I know it's in there, but 1400 attempts (now) wouldn't give it to me. I lost count of the times I shrunk, changed sex, conjured fireballs, and shot disruptor beams at things but no Wish.
