It is a 41 point build, and we are ridiculously short on items.

Abilities and gear are pretty much fixed, as are feats class and paragon path. What I'm asking about is powers -- can you think of better choices for any of them?

Note that my level 10 feat isn't in DDI yet -- it is from http://www.wizards.com/dnd/downloads/dragon/384/384_WR_Eladrin.pdf. It gives me an immediate reaction teleport to being damaged and 10 cold resist.

Logic behind the powers:
Hybrid at-will 1: Eldritch Strike
-- This is how I kill things with my sword.
Hybrid at-will 1: Sword Burst
-- Too good of a power to give up, especially given my low con (so the other too good swordmage power doesn't work).

Hybrid encounter 1: Sword of Sigils
--- I am not sure if there are better choices for this one, but both the Swordmage and Warlock lists seem to be lacking anything tasty.

Hybrid daily 1: Star Shackles
--- We lack a controller. This one lets me lock down a large number of opponents, or at least waste their standard actions getting free. Plus, everyone loves autodamage.

Hybrid utility 2: Beguiling Tongue
--- I prefer encounter powers. This one is a non-combat one, but it still boosts my bluff into the stratosphere.

Hybrid encounter 3: Otherwind Stride
--- Works great with feytouched. Tasty to enlarge.

Hybrid daily 5: Swordmage Shielding Fire
--- For when we are fighting a "boss" type thing. I mark it, then get the hell out of dodge.

Hybrid utility 6: Stride of the Gallant
--- Feytouched tasty!

Hybrid encounter 7: All the Sand, All the Stars
--- Close blast 3 daze. Transposting lunge and Incindiary sword where also tempting, but ... close blast 3 daze.

Hybrid daily 9: Lightning Strider
--- 3 teleports in one standard action. This ends up doing 18 autodamage in various burst 1s on top of the attacks.

Hybrid utility 10: Quickling Stride
--- I prefer encounter utility powers, and this one lets me win at positioning when my teleports don't have the range. Any kick ass warlock/swordmage encounter powers I should think about instead?
