The contents of one's desk can say a lot about the person. So, what do you have on your desk/table/whatever you keep your computer on?

Well, I have a macbook and that is it, so it just stays on my lap wherever I sit.

What that says about me? I have no clue. Not like I have much on there regularly...

I'm not a serial killer, okay? I'm totally not. The knives are for my work. No, not like that! I mean, I'm supposed to go into strangers houses with them and... You know what, screw it. Think what you will.

What do knives have to do with the census? Also, technically, you don't have to go inside the house, right?

Anyway, you guys have a ton of stuff on your desks! I've got:

-:aptop I'm currently typing this on (which converted itself to a desktop thru strategic breakage)
- Wireless mouse for previous
- Pair of earbuds, also usually for previous
- 3 extra-large Chick-Fil-A cups
- An empty glass
- 4 stacked, empty styrofoam coffee cups
- A box of Cheez-it
- Keys to my desk drawers
- Some sort of charger/power adapter to a device of unknown origin. My friend found it in his basement, assumed it was mine, and then left it here. Unfortunately, I can't take it back because he would never accept it now. Gonna have to sneak it into his bed or something.
- A lamp.

Haven't been hired by the census yet, just aced the test.

At home I usually just use my MacBook so it's not really on a desk but it is my primary computer. The desk at home that I don't often use (but my sons do) has:
PC Monitor
Keyboard
Mouse
Scanner
Wacom Tablet
Speakers.

At work I have:
Mac monitor
Keyboard
Mouse
Epson scanner
Clipboard and Pen
A small pad of Post-It Notes.
Single "To Do" pile of folders.

Minimalism ftw. :3

Bonus points if someone can identify the Lewis structure on my scanner.
If I had to guess, it's 4-aminopyrimidin-2-one if I saw the double bonds correctly. Looks extremely familiar but I just can't put my finger on where I saw this structure.

PS: I think you have the same modeling kit as me

Laptop
Cooling Pad
Pen Tablet

Various paints, brushes, etc.
