Ur Priest and Blackguard Base Classes Request <3.5>

Hey! I'm developing an Evil Dark Sun 3.5 Campaign setting and want to add Ur-Priest and Blackguard to replace Paladin and Cleric (yes, I realise it doesn't make sense. Evil clerics in this setting are either Ur Priests or Favored Souls). Can somebody design me them, or if they have been made, plz post link here?

Couldn't you just use the mechanics of Cleric for cleric replacements?
