Failures of New Gilligan's Island

The heroes of New Amsterdam have been abducted by aliens who wish to observe them and placed on a small, deserted island. Forced to survive on their own, with no possible means of escape, the heroes have no choice but to work together and...learn about the power of friendship or whatever, I dunno.

Notes:
-This game is entirely system-less.
-Escaping the island is impossible. There is an invisible barrier several miles out into the ocean that prevents anyone from leaving. The barrier blocks any communication to outside as well.

[V'icternus]

"...Well this sucks.
A lot."

[SinisterPenguin]

"You don't say."

[Darklord Bright]

Zoomy blinks a few times.
"Where the hell are we?"

[V'icternus]

"Abducted by aliens? Yeah, I think I do say...

They're not friends of yours, are they?"

[SinisterPenguin]

"Not as far as I know. I've never seen any of this species in my life," Guardian says.

[V'icternus]

"Well, in any case, I am out of here."

Sonic Boom flies straight up, breaking the sound barrier with the intesity of his sudden burst of speed...
...And smacks straight into an invisible roof above the island.

Distant swearing from the sky is heard across the island.

[Darklord Bright]

Zoomy gives the distant shape of Sonic Boom a confused look.

"What did he just hit? Is his head really so soft that clouds can stop him in his tracks, now?"

[V'icternus]

Sonic Boom floats back down, thanking his helmet.

"Invisible walls? This game sucks."

[SinisterPenguin]

"Invisible walls? Really?" Guardian says, raising an eyebrow.

"...Well, I suppose it's only logical. I doubt the aliens would let us leave that easily."

[Darklord Bright]

"Ha! Invisible walls? Puh-lease."

Zoomy begins to run very quickly on the spot until she becomes insubstantial, then zips off across the water, churning it up as she goes. A few miles out, feeling smug with herself, she finds herself suddenly repelled backwards and knocked out of insubstantiality, hitting the barrier so fast she ends up closing half the distance she traveled whilst rebounding backwards and landing in the water with a splash.

[V'icternus]

"I was banking on them not knowing I could fly.
I suppose we'll have to swim out of here then.
Anyone got a map and compass so we know where to swim?
What? You don't? You mean you weren't expecting to be kidnapped by freaking aliens today? Oh, what a pity."

Perhaps understandably grumpy, Sonic Boom trails off into random grumling.

What the frick is going...

He sees Zoomy run into the barrier.

Oh, $#&@. We've gotten ourselves stuck in some crappy forum game, haven't we.

[V'icternus]

SB sighs.

"Well, she'll have either escaped or smacked into the wall by now... I'll go check.
It'll be hard to miss that hair in the ocean."

And with that he flies off to check the water for Zoomy, and to find out how far out this force-field is.

[Darklord Bright]

Zoomy is a ways out into the water, slowly floating back to the island on her back, spitting out a comical mini-fountain of water.

[V'icternus]

SB flies down, hovering over Zoomy.

Unable to resist a sarcastic comment, Sonic Boom quips "So, how'd it go?" before pulling Zoomy out of the water by her arm and flying back to shore.

[Darklord Bright]

A brain-addled Zoomy simply responds with "Nrrgh."

[V'icternus]

SB drops her uncerimoniously in the sand, landing on the beach.

"Well, that didn't work. But hey, maybe if you hit it with your face some more it will eventually break."

[Khaeta]

Well, at least I don't have to listen to you bicker all day...

He turns the radio receiver in his eyepiece. Nothing happens.

[V'icternus]

Sonic Boom starts nudging Zoomy awake with his heavy, metal foot.

[SinisterPenguin]

Guardian quickly strides over to Zoomy and Sonic Boom.

"Is she alright?"

[V'icternus]

Sonic Boom shrugs. "Probably. Didn't bother checking."

He looks around.

"...I'm gonna go look for a fresh water supply. You take care of the dazzled dame."

He shoots up into the sky, not waiting for Guardian's response, and looks around for a stream or waterfall or some other flowing source of fresh water.
