Since Divine Miracle now sucks, I was wondering if anyone knew of some ways of not using up/regaining encounter powers, martial encounter powers in particular. Martial Mastery I know of, are there any others?

Just because Divine Miracle was nerfed doesn't mean it sucks.

Sword of Kings. Throw the feat that makes it Reliable on your chosen Encounter and have a ball.

Salves of Power, too.

Legendary Sovereign lets Paladins, Rangers, and Fighters never give up their favorite Weapon encounter power so long as they don't miss everything with it.

Beat you to the punch.

Technically closer to a simu-ninja. :smalltongue:

I've seen legendary sovereign, as soon as I saw it I started looking for a way to make it Reliable.

Where would I find this?

Martial Power, Practiced Reliability or some such.

Half-elves can do it at 11, Versatile Master. Needs an action point though.

Damn, that would be perfect if it didn't only work on fighter powers :smallfrown:
I'm trying to come up with a way to spam Combined Arms Assault.

So, anyone know of any other ways? I seem to remember one that let you regain it if you crit, but can't remember where.

Edit: Never mind, that would be epic resurgence.

I believe that clause only works if they paragon multiclass. Martial Mastery works with any Martial power, as do Arcane Mastery and Divine Mastery for their respective power sources...

Torc of power preservation. Another of those daily power items, but surprisingly effective.

The spellscared PP lets you burn spellscared powers for arcane encounter powers.
