Something came through my head. If you had the following levels...

Wizard/Cleric
Wizard/Cleric
Wizard/Cleric
Wizard/Mystic Theruge
Wizard/Mystic Theruge
Wizard/Mystic Theruge
Wizard/Mystic Theruge
Wizard/Mystic Theruge
Cleric/Mystic Theruge
Cleric/Mystic Theruge
Cleric/Mystic Theruge
Cleric/Mystic Theruge
Cleric/Mystic Theruge

Does that mean at 13th level you would have a Caster Level of 18 on both Cleric and Wizard?

From the SRD:

"A gestalt character can’t combine two prestige classes at any level, although it’s okay to combine a prestige class and a regular class. Prestige classes that are essentially class combinations-such as the arcane trickster, mystic theurge, and eldritch knight-should be prohibited if you’re using gestalt classes, because they unduly complicate the game balance of what’s already a high-powered variant. Because it’s possible for gestalt characters to qualify for prestige classes earlier than normal, the game master is entirely justified in toughening the prerequisites of a prestige class so it’s available only after 5th level, even for gestalt characters."

Also, your DM would pummel you with a sourcebook.

Also, Gestalt advances class features at the fastest rate of advancement per level rather than the sum total of abilities.

(Ranger//Rogues only get 8+Int skill points per level. Your build only gets one level casting for each class per level.)

So, yeah. You'd be just like a Cleric//Wizard, but with worse turning, fewer feats, less HP, lower fortitude and less BA.
