Aguacatl readying an action triggers Pain's readied action. Pain moves 35 ft to B20. Judging by the way your turn is posted, play likely resumes with Tunatl, immediately after Aguacatl readies his action.

I meant that if you wanted to, Tunatl could have changed his actions in response to changed circumstances. Because you posted Aguacatl's actions before Tunatl's, I assumed that Aguacatl's turn occurred before Tunatl's.

ah ok I see, only change would be to move Tunatl to D19 and ready an action:
To 5' step and attack Pain if he enters within range of guisarme to hit Aguacatl.

High Ref Sallera
Pain Hydrate deftly avoids the lesser threat and bisects Aguacatl for the victory.
Also, while it didn't end up having any effect this match, Scorer, keep in mind that you've got a Handle Animal mod of -2, so you still need to roll to control your AC.

Especially since Tunacatl had already moved and couldn't take a 5ft step during his readied action.
Unless we get really semantic and point out that Tunacatl's 5ft step was in a different combat "round" (4, to be precise) than the RA (round 3) ...hmmm. :smallamused:

Hum...how does that control works? I always thought I could control AC like that...
and yes, I guess you're right about the 5' step,

It's a DC10 roll to get it to perform a trick it knows; you get +4 to the roll since it's your AC. Specifics here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/handleAnimal.htm).

No, that wouldn't matter. If you move, you can't then 5 foot on your readied, regardless of when it goes off.
