The air surrounding you fairly hums with the residue of magic, an aftereffect of the spell that brought you to this place. A quick glance reveals that you are in a small room, devoid of any life save for yourself. The sound of dripping water can be heard faintly, and the stone walls are slick with moisture. In complete defiance of logic, a torch is already lit, resting in a sconce near the room's single door.

"Well, hell, hell." Risca readies his shield and axe, stretches his shoulder, and cracks his neck. "Let's do this."

Risca will slowly and methodically (taking 10) search the entire room. He will then be extremely careful and search the door to the South (taking 20). Assuming he finds no traps, he will open the door to the south.

That's a 17 and a 27 to search. And an additional +4 if it unusual stone or metal.

Very nice approach with the And/If/Or/Else, thats bound to drasticly reduce the number of required posts in order to finish the dungeon for you :smallsmile:



As you look around it seems to be a ordenary stone room.
After a bit of searching you decide to step out and open up the door.

The door slides open easily, revealing an unlit hall (not that you care "Dwarven Darkvision") running to the south and east.

To the east, it runs beyond the range of even your sight.
After ten feet, it splits to the north and south, After thirty feet, there is a door on the north side of the hall,
At 60ft there is a split North and south.

To the south, it runs for thirty feet before teeing to the east and west. After twenty feet, it splits east.

Risca grumbles something about this taking a while.

He then, cautiously stalks off to the East. When he reaches that corridor, assuming he sees nothing of interest, danger, he will go north. All the while he will be treading carefully and keeping an eye out for trouble. He grumbles about his eye sight not quite being what it once was.

Depends on what you lable as intresting, personaly i always liked doors.
And you spotted one.

At the corridor if you look north you see..
That it heads north for about 20ft before turning east.

To the south..
it runs for 20ft before turning West, 15ft down the corridor there is a door on the East side.

Where to? :smallsmile:

Muttering more about wizards and there need for long hallways, Risca continues to slowly and methodically make his way to the door. He will then give it the one over and, assuming nothing happens, make his way in.

Search (Taking 10 in Hallways, 20 at door.) 17 and 27 respectively.

As you start your journy towards the south
the ground under you crumbles and your about to fall.

Seems not, to small size to read. ill go cut it into steps i suppose.

Gonna keep pressing forward and go to the otherside.

Nothing else of note happens and you reach the door safely.

Opening the door reveals the following room:

There is a door at A-2, which you are just outside of, another at E-4,
south side and another at E-3. There is a human wearing a chain shirt and holding a longsword
standing behind a beast with patchy dark fur that covers its unhealthy shrunken black skin
in some places. Open sores dot its hide and a feral,
catlike head glances with it's blank eyes at the wall in front of it.

Besides the discription i gave you, not really.

It approaches you carefully (moving into #A3)

As the chainmailed human wanders towards you (#C2) and makes some odd gestures, before something resembling a can of paint come alive, lunges at you.

Will save if you please

You do realize that in order to attack the human you have to move out of the door opening (10ft foreward) Possibly Triggering an AoO from the Beasty.

Mentioning it just in case my map location defining skills need work.
