I, for one, will honor the gentlemen's agreement and express my admiration for the Ketrakia. I can tell that a lot of effort went into that entry. At first I was thinking that the contest was won once it began by the Memorandum, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that the Memorandum is nigh unusable. I can't exactly put it in as an NPC, or an encounter. It has the makings of being a BBEG, since it can plot and scheme, but that would probably be anticlimactic. After all, a well-placed Shatter spell does not an epic encounter make.
