For instance, if I have two feats that each let me craft for 75% normal monetary cost, thereby taking 25% off of that cost, am I crafting for 50% cost or 56.25% cost?

Neither. Errata ruled that those feats couldn't be taken multiple times. If getting said ability from multiple sources besides feats, I think a lot of DMs take the multiplicative route, so as to avoid abuse. You can never get to zero that way.

or a negative :P

I craft this item that normally costs 1000xp to craft... i have -125% to cost so that means I gain 250XP :P... year right.
