There are no abilities that show any sort of synergy beyond distracting companion, which can be solved by being within 30ft of a target with a ranged weapon and have your pet flank it.

Can you normally get a flanking bonus with a ranged weapon?

Not with any official 3.5 supplement that I know of.

Whisperknife PrC, Races of the Wild

Gains Ranged Flank as a class ability at lvl 9. Gotta be Halfling though.

The Ranger's Distracting Attack ACF in PHB2 makes its target count as flanked by you until someone attacks it or until your next turn. Can be done with melee or ranged weapons.

Clarion Commander, the tactical feat for White Raven (Tome of Battle) has an option called Perpetual Flank. Make an Intimidate check DC 20 as a standard action, and the target is considered flanked for 10 rounds. There is no range, so presumably you could use this on any target you can see. And there's no way the target can counter it (unless they're an elemental, ooze, or plant).

The link to the homebrew is gone, but the OP was asking a legitimate question.

Note that Clarion Commander requires a Standard Action Intimidate check, followed by a successful melee attack on the same opponent on your next turn. (It also requires the sucky White Raven Defense feat, and that you know 2 White Raven maneuvers). So it works great if you can convince another party member to use it for you, but it's not a great of an option for a ranged Rogue.
