Can a cleric with scribe scroll just feed a wizard's spellbook by scribing every spell that is available to both and letting the wizard copy it to his spellbook?

no because a wizard cannot cast divine spells from a clerics arsenal. even spells that are cast from both arcane and divine sources (dispel magic, bull's strength, cat's grace etc.) are cast two different ways. one divine/ one arcane.

No, since they are divine versions of whatever spell is in the scroll.

What makes the Archivist soo good isn't the fact they know every divine spell in the game, it's that they know nearly every spell in the game with early access due to domain spells and by other divine spellcasting classes. If a wizard could do that by itself the game would break down (again).

There is a reason a certain class in Eberron is singing "Everything you can do". At least while it have money.
