I seem to recall finding a picture of Nerull that looked either like he was gender neutral, or that he was a Transvestite. Anybody know what I'm talking about? I want to make an april fools day comic but I need to see that picture again and I can't find it. if anybody can find it online or knows what book it's in it'd be much appreciated if you could tell me. I seem to recall him wielding a weapon that looked like a crescent moon on the end of a stick but I may be making that up.

The only picture of Nerull I can recall, at all, is from Deities and Demigods. Maybe that's the one you're looking for?

maybe. I don't have the book on me right now though, my Dm has it. I'll ask him for it tomorrow.

The picture from Deities and Demigods probably isn't what you're looking for.

You can find art galleries for most third edition books here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/ag), by the way.

One of my pictures comes up on the second page in a Google image search for "Nerull".
Just sayin'.
Still looking for something more useful...

edit: Also the 3rd or 4th.

Not this?

And when you say "crescent moon on a stick", do you mean one of these:

sort of like that but the crescent moon is facing outward, not inward. (II know what a sickle and scythe are.)

The weapon is called a Lajatang, I believe. If I remember correctly, it is the favored weapon of the Thri-keen.

sort of. It doesn't have the crescent moon on both ends though like my google image search is showing me.

What you're probably looking for is the weapon of the zombie apocalypse: The Monk's Spade (http://www.tigerclaw.com/images/D/45-84CS_lg.png)

A monks spade. One of the Eberron books has them if you're interested.

You are aware this is actually an image of the god of nature and the harvest, Chauntea, from the Forgotten Realms? She is about as far from Nerull as is actually possible. I object to this use of Chauntea's image. :smallyuk:

Now, given how few pictures of Nerull there seem to be... it's highly likely that the picture Kyuubi is looking for is of something else.
