As explained here, (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8168920&postcount=411) I'd like to substitute SPARTA Cuss (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=191142) for Sturmherz in Round 89 if it is still possible(there was an issue that had to be resolved via Summon Kyeudo). Just FYI, you might want to reconsider purchases if I'm allowed to switch characters before the match begins.

Initiative: [roll0] +1 for Sturmherz, +2 for Sparta

I'll hold on that until the refs give approval for this character.

Well, that's too bad, but I guess the fight must go on. I'm starting in...well, the entire red circle, since I'm on top of a large creature.

Huh...you know, I totally thought that thrown weapons didn't carry over the STR bonus damage.

I was completely wrong. ^^; Good game.

Edit: Incidentally, having known you were going to do that, I probably should have readied myself to take cover behind my mount. ^^; I feel silly now, but it's totally my fault.

well, would have still hit with nat 20, though then I would have preferred to attack your horse, the chance of you failing the ride check is better than hoping on a 20. Could only afford 5 javelins for now after all

Just out of curiosity, what was your strategy from here on out? Did you hope to lure me out? Those narrow lavawalkways are a real disadvantage to a rider on a large creature

Actually, I always forget how Travel Devotion works, so I was going to try to observe your strategy and plan accordingly.

Had I remembered that throwing weapons carry strength bonus, I'd probably be equipped with 20 Javelins of my own, and it would turn into a battle of "who can peg who to death first", which I would either hope to win, or attrition you until I could lure you into striking position.

This was actually poor planning on my part, since I totally forgot that you could just pop out,throw a javelin, and pop back in. And I forgot that I could ready myself to take cover behind my horse.

My only lament now is that my other Round appears to be in slight stagnation, while we wait for the other match to finish up. Now I'll have to wait even longer before I can fight again. ^^;

Mm...maybe I could use this time to experiment with a new build...

Sturmherz takes victory with a well-placed pointy object.
