A few metamagic feats for the caster facing undead horrors:

Necromatic Enchantment

Prerequisite: Ability to cast command undead or class ability to rebuke undead

Benefit: You can alter a mind-affecting spell to bypass the usual undead immunity to mind-affecting effects. A necromatic spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level.

Holy Spell

Prerequisite: Turn undead class ability

Benefit: When a holy spell is cast its caster may choose to use a remaining daily use of their turn ability as a free action . Only spells with a casting time of one standard action or longer can be modified with this feat. A holy spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level.

Dispel Undead

Prerequisite: Ability to cast Dispel Magic and Detect Undead

Benefit: You have learned how to use dispelling to damage the negative energy fields that animate undead. A targeted dispel magic can deal 1d6 damage/level to a single undead creature; maximum 5d6, will save for half damage. A greater dispel magic functions the same except is capped at 10d6 damage. When used this way dispel magic only deals damage, it does not dispel anything.

Undead Arcana

Prerequisite: Knowledge Religion 5 ranks, ability to cast 3rd level arcane spells

Benefit: You may learn Hide from Undead, Disrupting Weapon, Death Ward, and Searing Light as if they were arcane sorc/wiz spells. This feat does not automatically teach you these spells. A wizard must copy them to their spellbook from a scroll. When cast as an arcane spell these spells always require a spell slot one higher than the spell's actual level.

This feat exists and has a better wording. Here you go (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Song_of_the_Dead).

Its underpowered, since quicken turning (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Quicken_Turning) in complete divine does just that. It could not modify the spell slot of the spell and it would be balanced.

Dispel Undead

You should think of a formula here because there are a lot of dispel spells. Maybe 1d6 * dispel check (since they are capped) ? Also the damage is very low, compare dispel magic with for example fireball or scorching ray.

Isnt there a anti-undead domain? arcane casters could grab the spells therein via Arcane Disciple (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Arcane_Disciple)

My critique aside, they are ok choices for someone who posseses only the SRD.
