HALO is located Under the Sea! However that doesn't mean you can't visit...
There are Shuttlepods providing arrivals and departures on a regular schedule.
There are no anti-teleport wards!
If you can't teleport yourself, there are Ring Transporters, which link (among other places) the Mall of Acronymia from Inside.

Important Note for Villains
Conflict is great! It's the heart of any story, and there isn't much to roleplay without it. However, as a player to player courtesy, please check in with the players who are active at any given time before launching an attack. Not everyone wants to roleplay combat scenes, and sometimes there are other things going on that players don't want to interrupt for a random fight. Either a PM/IM to players, a short post in thread to say (Mind if I introduce a villain here?) or a longer post in the OOC thread if it's a larger plot is appreciated.

The answer is simple. Yes, Pixie is over 400 years older than Pesty, but, in her culture, (well before Pixie slaughtered every other member of her race that is) Pixie was considered to only be a 6 year old, both mentally and physically...which brings up so many questions that you really just don't want to ask about her.

Yes She is...ok here's the deal. If she had been raised by her society/race she would be currently mentally developed to the point of being a 6 year old. Because she would be treated like one. Her strength is a racial thing. She is way stronger than a human. The reason she is mentally advanced is because she was stolen and forced to grow up much faster then she was intended to. Pixie has not yet physically gotten all the way to puberty. She has advanced development in several areas of her body and her mental process, yes, but like you said, she lacks complete maturity. She is, in essence, a total mess.


And yes. I know exactly how disturbing this character is when you really sit down and think about it.

The worst part about Pixie FF is that she comes from a D&D campain I used to run, where she was the BBEG and another one where I played her as my PC, both of which she was evil...and made the RL party members, and me, vomit on may occasions. She's flat out scary. I have been trying to tone her down as much as possible for the boards though.
