The maximum dimension for images within a signature are 470px wide by 120px high if outside a spoiler and 470px wide by 300px high if within a spoiler.

Also of note is that a 120px image counts as 8 lines towards the 12 line maximum for signatures, and spoilers count as two lines. So a 120px image may be accompanied by two lines and a spoiler, four lines, or two independent spoilers with no blank lines.

Can I get an image of a Level 5 Agent from Crackdown 2 in a dungeon of some sort (No real specifics, I don't care) surrounded by dead monsters, shooting some extremely powerful monster (Like an Elder Dragon or even more powerful)in the head with the words "Agents. Awesome enough to enter other game universes."
