Totally ignorant of religion and thinks Lolth is "not that bad" of a deity to follow since she seems to be just like him (swarm of spiders). From what he was told at a pub by this nice young lass (who happened to be drunk and wearing a cloak). Lolth wants the evil eladrin and elves purged from the world (at this point with 10 pitchers of dwarven ale he is thinking "not to shabby"). After leaving the pub Votolom decided to travel spreading the glorious word of Lolth (well atleast what he could remember....) and to find the young lass who showed him the way of lolth.

He thinks lolth stands for
1) Do whatever it takes to win
2) All is fair in love and war
3) Kill all those evil eladrin and elves

I have in my head that the drunken drow was talking about how the elves and eladrin are the evil ones blah blah and my character took that as Lolth hating evil eladrin and elves :p

Any comments?

Although damage redux is cool and such, I'd really recommend having that 18 in your wis instead since hitting is much cooler. I'd also say the errant point in dex should go into con (or wis) instead of dex for the 17.

Poison inured is pretty much a waste of a feat considering you've got a dwarven +5 already.

I don't play 4E so I can't comment on the mechanics (I don't think you're looking for comments on those anyway), but I'll say that the fluff is AWESOME

One thing you should consider though: What will he do when he eventually learns the truth about Llolth? If the game runs long enough, it's pretty much inevitable.

About the fluff... He will be like alot of humans in the real world and say "No, thats not my lolth. Or something else I'll think of something... Hmmmm

About the dex, I originally had a different feat (the one with + con against poison) and changed the feat without thinking about the points in dex, thanks for mentioning that! I do like having all around good defenses that is why my dex stayed higher than it probably should but I fixed my stats a bit.

Str 10
Con 18
Dex 13
Int 10
Wis 18
Cha 9

Although this gives me a 12 ref but got to be weak in some area XD

*edit*
I may multiclass this character with cleric or paladin for some fluff reasons

Also I forgot dwarves get the bonus against poison , I've never really liked dwarves before.

Oh I guess I should mention I roll high so having a +2 vs. a +3 is not really a problem for me XD

Next feat will give me + con mod to AC (hide armor expertise) but from then on I'm not sure...

So what does hide expertise do now then? Or did they just get rid of it?
