so now that I have 2 attacks +6/+1, I'm assuming that skirmish will apply to both attacks?

am i right or am i right?...

Still gotta move though. So you need something to give you free movement or Greater Manyshot in order to be able to use it.

Or pounce if you're doing melee skirmisher.

The movement doesn't have to be "free"; it just has to be at least 10' before attacking that round. Travel Devotion movement costs a swift action, but it's a solid answer to the 10' move + full attack problem.

Other options include being able to take 10' steps (Sparring Dummy of the Master [A&EG], DC 40 Tumble-check [OA]) or multiple 5' steps in round (Press the Advantage-stance [ToB]). Hell, combination of the two gets you 20' steps, which enables you to trigger Improved Skirmish with no action.

Travel devotion is good. Without feats, there's an item in the MiC called "Boots of Sidestepping" or "Shuffling" or something which lets you take 2 5' steps which is great if you don't have Travel Devo.
