By raw, what happens when a psion TMS's with his psicrystal? Are there any parts that the rules dont cover?

I suppose,

However I would say, you'd screwed the psicrystal's existence as an entity is a splinter of yourself. By becoming the crystal it ceases to be your psicrystal and loses all abilities.

Of course, as you're now a psion with psicrystal affinity and no psicrystal, you'd get a new one that could theoretically carry you around...
