backstory: Vincent is a relative of the previous gym leader Byron. When Vincent was a child he was given an egg for his birthday, after a period of time it hatched into a scyther. Vincent named his first poke’mon Sky because that is the first thing the little creature said. Determined to prove himself capable but unique Vincent left on a grand adventure to become a powerful gym leader with the coolest poke’mon. on his adventure Vincent learned that relay cool poke’mon were very hard to find, and to collect a respectable team he traveled all over the known world catching the coolest and most powerful poke’mon and sketching anything else he found interesting. At the end of the first leg he had his training team, with Auron instead of Lulu, he was under pressure to follow his family and pick the powerful steel or the sturdy rock types. However still bent on being unique Vincent chose the type with the most poke’mon he thought were cool. This turned out to be the dark type which, until, now was a type never attempted by a gym leader to make a team. Then it was up to him to catch this team of the dark poke’mon, raise them up to be powerful enough to defeat anyone unprepared and prove that he was gym leader material.
Personality: Vincent is kind of, odd. When not at his gym he prefers to sit in the shade and nap with his poke’mon watching out for any trouble. But when he is being the head of his Gym and not some random trainer, he is very assertive and serious. He pays attention to every detail and generally acts like a dark type gym leader should.

Personality: he acts friendly and polite around people, always setting himself up as a great guy to know, but he is actually a big liar and is a pokemon pickpocket- instead of using unsubtle grab-and-run tactics (like team rocket) he just waits until the person is not looking and then quietly takes their pokeballs when their pokemon is inside, goes in the opposite direction and quickly sells the pokemon on the black market, the Skitty forever perched on his shoulder only enhances his "great guy" image- while being a scout and lookout as well.

Background: Vivian could have started traveling last year, and in hindsight would have been the better option, but felt she wasn't quite ready to leave. During that time her older sister Lillian left on her journey and managed to make it past the first round of the Pokémon League before being knocked out. In Johto Vivian felt like she was compared to her sister wherever she went and never judged on her own merits, so she decided to travel to Sinnoh.

Personality: Vivian is generally pretty easy to get along with, quick to smile and and always ready to help a friend. If you compare her to her older sister Lillian too often however Vivian will get very angry, she came here to escape her sister’s shadow and prove that she’s just as capable as her. She feels a bit lost as she doesn't know what she wants to do with herself now that she's here. Vivian tries to cover this up with a confident attitude, but it's mostly bluff and bluster. Ever since she left Johto her Dratini, which she got when it was an egg from Lillian, hasn’t been listening to her and it’s really upsetting her.

Here my character, and it is:

Name: Alric
Pokemon: Magnemite, Piplup, Shedinja, Psyduck (leveled and evolved as appropriate)

Descripticon: Tall and skinny with wild, curly brown hair and glasses. Wears long, brown trousers and top, with a long yellow raincoat over the top. Red rectangular glasses.

Personality: Originally spending all his days in his room with a small games console for company, he was a frequent player of a game in which you had to catch weird animals, like lions and bears, in these things called "cages" and battling them against each other. He found his first Pokemon, the Magnemite, clinging to the back of said console draining the power from it. It's never worked since. Luckily, this gave him another, more fun hobby - going around in real life catching weird things called "Pokemon" in things called "Pokeballs" and battling them against each other.

Actually, that's not much of a difference.

Oh well. At least he gets some fresh air this way.

Name: Gardy
Age: Something near thirteen years old.
Pokémon: Longtooth (Growlithe, female, Intimidate, Lv. 8: Bite, Roar and Ember) a wild-looking Growlithe who indeed has long teeth, though not freakishly so.
Appearance: Gardy has spiky blond hair, tan skin and dark energetic eyes. he is quite small, even for his age and wears a large rugged scarf in which he hides several bags of berries and food. The rest of his clothes are baggy and practical in their looks.
Personality: Wild and energetic Gardy is a joyous friend and a fearsome foe. Gardy does not catch Pokémon but instead let Longtooth fight when she want to and helps her out in tight situations just as she would help him, biting and tackling the opponent as if he was a Growlithe himself.
Hometown: somewhere in Kanto, Gardy grew up in without much human contact sans family and travellers.

Miscellaneous: Grew up closer to Pokémons, especially Growlithes, than humans. Gardy can understand the gist and intentions of Longtooth's speak and mannerism, though not the Poké language itself. He usully either carry Longtooth on his back (acreus know how) or have her walking by his side.

Appearance: Curt is a tall and slim teen standing at just about 6ft in height. He has brown eyes with thin brown hair that goes down to the bottom of his neck in length. He wears a navy shirt with either cargo shorts or khakis and a pair of Indigo sandals and a sage colored backpack.

Personality: Curt is a weird cross between lazy and proactive. On one hand, Curt would rather spend an afternoon wandering around his little town, the areas surrounding it, usually snoozing under a tree, or just going for a swim. He is often seen playing with his Pokemon. On the other hand, Curt is a diligent and dedicated kid, helping his mom out with her job at the local Pokemart and often cooking for his family. He also spends a good amount of his weekends training up his Pokemon to be able achieve his dream of earning all the badges in Hoenn and beyond. He's already proven himself, earning the Stone Badge from Rustboro City.

Name: "Team Rocket Executive" Vostok
Age: Mid to late twenties.
Gender: Male

Description: Approximately 6ft tall and broad across the shoulders, Vostok is not terribly muscled. Wearing Black jeans, white trainers and a black Hawaiian shirt with a repeated red 'R' motif, Vostok has the deniability that most other Team Rocket personnel lack- and could more easily be mistaken for a member of the general public- though he often wears a black trenchcoat over all of this. He is slightly short-sighted and wears glasses, and his black hair runs past shoulder length and is frequently tied up into a ponytail to keep it out of his way.

Appearance: A well-toned yet thin young man, Dirt's sand colored skin and dark eyes make him into a handsome individual. Unfortunately he cover up mostly his body in cloth and speaks very little.
Personality: Dirt speaks often in one word questions and response. This makes him confusing and annoying to others. He has each of his pokemon set up with rdios so they can battle without him being there.
Goal: Other than trying to boast about the greatness of Ground-types. Dirt uses his main four expertly-bred pokemon to hunt for pokemon for breeding. To pay for the traveling, he is often hired to hunt for money. Due to his overall inability to gather non-pokemon based info, he is often tricked into hunting for evil groups

Background: Zayn Vais is an assumed name for the Rocket Champion. Once a powerful Pokemon Trainer who defeated the Kanto Elite 4, Vivian disappeared from her duties as the Champion and joined Team Rocket for reasons unknown. Despite persistant offers for Executive Promotion, Zayn refuses to be acknowledged as more than a Grunt. Unofficially, she is known as the Rocket Champion, a reference to her past among those who are her superiors, and a reference to her skill for those she works with.
