Acolyte of the Pale Mother? 3.5

I'm thinking about maybe playing as a worshiper of the pale mother (as seen in fiendish codex I). The class will most likely either be cleric or sorcerer, though that is still up in the air. Does anyone have any general advice for playing a demon worshiper? both crunch-wise and for roleplaying
