Online/Computer v3.5 Character Builder

Is there some kind of free online (or even downloadable) program out there that you can use to create and then level (including prestige classes, etc) a character for version 3.5, preferably with some or all of the supplements?

Heroforge which is excel based http://www.nzcomputers.net/heroforge/default35.asp

and there is eTools of course which sadly is no longer available through legal channels and therefore should not be in this thread but somehow is :smallwink:
