Isidoros, the Black Boar that Twists the Skies

A creature of unsurpassed strength but of a blunt and direct disposition, Isidoros only consented to lend his Charms to the Reclamation at the behest of his brother, Szoreny.

First Isidoros Excellency
Cost: 1m per die; Mins: Essence 1; Type: Reflexive (Step1 for attacker, Step 2 for defender)
Keywords: Combo-Ok
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: None
This Charm functions identically to the other First (Yozi) Excellencies, except that its benefits only apply to actions that meet Isidoros's particular set of criteria. A description of Isidoros's purview follows.
Isidoros: The Black Boar that Twists the Skies is stubborn and willful. He is not cruel, but is often ignorant to the pains of lesser beings and allows nothing to stand in the way of his goals, few though they are.
In battle, Isidoros is stalwart and powerful, if lacking in grace. He crushes foes with brutal force, but, unlike Malfeas, he does so without sadistic pleasure.
The Black Boar is blunt and uncaring, to the point of being considered rude by even his siblings. He lacks subtlety, preferring the direct approach.
Isidoros's power is closely intertwined with his great Strength, allowing his Excellency to enhance all actions involved in lifting or bearing physically heavy burdens.

Isidoros Mythos Exultant
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: First Isidoros Excellency
As with other versions of (Yozi) Mythos Exultant, this Charm enhances any stunt the Infernal performs that could benefit from the First Isidoros Excellency.
Black Boar: Isidoros is strong and nigh-invincible, but above all he is true to himself. Whenever the character performs a two- or three-die stunt, the Infernal may choose to regain a single channel of Conviction or Valor in addition to the normal allotment of motes. He gains no benefit from this Charm if he choose to gain a point of Willpower instead of motes.

Colossal Might Assumption
Cost: 3m per point; Mins: Essence 2; Type: Simple
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Stackable
Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: First Isidoros Excellency
The strength of the Black Boar rises to meet any challenge. This Charm increases the Infernal's Strength by one dot for every three motes spent on the Charm, up to a maximum number of additional dots equal to his Essence. Separate activations of this Charm in the same scene stack their effects up to this maximum limit.
No combination of Charms including Colossal Might Assumption can increase the Infernal's Strength by more than his Essence. This bonus Strength is considered a dice bonus from Charms.

Insignificant Labors Ignorance
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Colossal Might Assumption
Few tasks require enough effort for Isidoros to actually weary the great Yozi. An Infernal with this Charm does not accumulate any fatigue penalty from heavy labor as long as the difficulty of the task is no more than his (Strength / 2). Likewise, he ignores fatigue from wearing armor with a fatigue value of less than his (Strength / 2).

Unlimited Strength Exertion
Cost: 5m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Supplemental
Keywords: Combo-Ok
Duration: Instant or one action.
Prerequisite Charms: Colossal Might Assumption
Isidoros defines the upper limits of physical might. Even Malfeas, King of the Primordials, cannot match his strength. This Charm supplements either the damage of an attack or any sort of Strength-based action.
Used to supplement an attack's damage, this Charm adds a number of automatic successes to the post-soak damage roll equal to the Infernal's Strength. Used this way, the Charm's duration is instant.
Used to supplement a Strength-based action, this Charm ensures that the action succeeds automatically. If the action is a Feat of Strength, the Infernal's (Strength + Athletics) total is always considered to be sufficient for the task, even if that task is lifting a mountain. When the Charm is used this way, its duration is one action.

Unrestrained Force
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Colossal Might Assumption
No one can hold back the Black Boar that Twists the Skies, not even Isidoros himself. Any time an Infernal with this Charm would deal bashing damage with a physical attack, that damage is automatically upgraded to lethal.
However, this Charm's effects cannot be turned off or waived, even temporarily. The Infernal deals lethal damage instead of bashing whether he wishes to or not.

Unstoppable Force
Cost: 7m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 5; Type: Supplemental
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Unrestrained Force, Unlimited Strength Exertion
Isidoros is the original unstoppable force. It was to combat him that the perfect defenses of the Exalted were designed. Such measures, however, proved barely adequate to the task.
An attack supplemented by this Charm is unblockable and ignores the target's Hardness and Soak. Additionally, any perfect parry or perfect soak used to defend against the supplemented attack costs the user one lethal health level to activate from the sheer effort of turning aside such a transcendentally powerful blow.

Charm Concept: Isidoros and Weapons
While the Black Boar that Twists the Skies personally does not care for the use of weapons, his Charms are compatible for use with any weapon powered by the muscles of its wielder, whether the wielder uses a bow, a beamklave, a hurled boulder, or his bare fist. Attacks made with weapons such as firewands or crossbows cannot benefit from Isidoros's Charms.

Bone-Breaking Blow
Cost: 3m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Supplemental
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Crippling
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Unrestrained Force
Those that survive an attack from Isidoros are often maimed for life, their limbs turned to bloody pulp or torn off entirely.
An attack supplemented by this Charm that deals at least one level of damage also inflicts the effects of one amputation disability on the victim.
As long as the victim has an Essence score at least equal to the Infernal's, the amputation is only a temporary effect, imposed by broken bones, torn muscles, and the like, and will heal completely given time (a full day of rest for the Exalted and other supernatural beings, a full week of rest for mortals). If the victim's Essence is lower than the Infernal's, however, the amputation is permanent and will require more drastic healing magic to overcome.

Citadel-Toppling Touch
Cost: 2m; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Simple
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Touch, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Unrestrained Force
A mere touch from the Black Boar causes buildings to topple. This Charm is an attempt to break an object with a feat of strength, performing in moments what normally takes a minute or more.

Stones to Dust Understanding
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Citadel-Toppling Touch
The strongest stone is as dry clay when faced with the might of Isidoros. This Charm doubles the Infernal's effective Strength+Athletics for the purposes of breaking an object with a feat of strength, including uses of Citadel-Toppling Touch.

Thoughtless Giant's Caress
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Citadel-Toppling Touch
The Black Boar that Twists the Skies causes destruction without even thinking about it, such is his great strength. Similarly, an Infernal with this Charm need not exert any effort to use this Charm's prerequisite. Using Citadel-Toppling Touch now no longer counts as a Charm activation and its cost is entirely waived.
However, this comes with a downside. The Infernal now damages any object that he touches as though he had exerted half his effective strength (which includes the effects of Stones to Dust Understanding) as an attempt to break the object using a feat of strength. His casual touch on a creature inflicts his Strength as dice of bashing damage, soakable only with Stamina (This is not an attack, so Unrestrained Force does not apply).
An Infernal can suppress this Charm's effects for an action by successfully rolling (Dexterity + [Athletics, Craft(Air), or Larceny]) against a difficulty of half his Strength, allowing him to handle delicate china without breaking it for a moment.

Frightful Strength Demonstration
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Social
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Unrestrained Force
Only a fool does not fear the strength of Isidoros. An Infernal with this Charm can use his own great strength to inspire fear in others. As miscellaneous action, the Infernal can perform some display of physical force, such as crushing a rock with his bare hands or hefting a large object with one hand, and roll (Strength + Presence) as a unblockable social attack against everyone who can see him. If successful, everyone present must spend one Willpower or develop an Intimacy towards the Infernal. This Intimacy is based on intimidation if the victim's Strength is less than the Infernal's, and grudging respect otherwise. Note that this is only natural mental influence.
The social attack made by this Charm cannot be included in a flurry.

Passion Provoking Presence
Cost: 6m; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Simple (Speed 6)
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Emotion, Social
Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: Frightful Strength Demonstration
Isidoros's powerful presence provokes intense emotion in those around him: fear, jealousy, even lust.
When the Infernal invokes this Charm, he rolls (Strength + Presence) as a social attack against everyone who can see him in an effort to rouse a particular emotion in others. This Charm exerts unnatural mental influence upon each person who's MDV the Infernal overcomes, requiring them to spend two Willpower to resist or else experience the desired emotion for the rest of the scene.

Baser Instincts Unrestrained
Cost: 6m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Simple (Speed 6)
Keywords: Social, Emotion, Compulsion, Combo-Ok
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Passion Provoking Presence
The Black Boar inspires great passions and frenzied action in lesser creatures.
This Charm works much like its prerequisite, except its scope is much broader and its influence more focused. The Infernal rolls (Strength + Presence) as a social attack against an individual or against a social unit with a Magnitude no greater than his Essence that he can see and that can see him. If the attack succeeds, the victim or victims experience an emotion chosen by the Infernal and suffer a compulsion appropriate to that emotion.
The emotion and its accompanying compulsion can be suppressed for one scene by spending one Willpower (for an individual) or one Loyalty (for a social group). Once this Charm's effects have been successfully resisted for a number of scenes equal to the Infernal's Essence, the mental influence is broken, removing the emotion and its accompanying compulsion.
For example, an Essence 4 Infernal could use this Charm and inflict fear and a compulsion to flee upon an enemy army or inflict anger and a compulsion to riot upon a crowd at a festival, but could not inflict love for a king upon the royal court and a compulsion to have him assassinated. The opposing army would continue to feel fear and the compulsion to flee until the social unit spent four Loyalty resisting.

Heedless Boar Mentality
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 1; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: None
When the Black Boar chooses a course of action, it is folly to try and turn him from it.
When an Infernal learns this Charm, he chooses an Intimacy he has towards a goal. The goal must be one that the Infernal is capable of accomplishing - I.E. it cannot be a task of infinite length. A goal of protecting a country would not qualify, while a goal to defeat one of that country's enemies would. If the Infernal does not already have such an Intimacy, he forms an appropriate Intimacy as part of learning this Charm.
This Charm allows the Infernal to treat mental influence that would divert him from his goal as an unacceptable order. If the Infernal accomplishes his goal, he can freely change which Intimacy this Charm reinforces to any other appropriate intimacy he has or he can choose to form a new Intimacy to reinforce.
If the Infernal voluntarily abandons the Intimacy before accomplishing the goal, this Charm ceases to function until a new story begins, at which time the Infernal can select an appropriate Intimacy to apply this Charm's benefits to. An Infernal can also shift which Intimacy this Charm applies to at any time by paying one experience point.

Invincible Colossus Stature
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 2; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Stackable
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: None
Isidoros is a giant, towering above the buildings of the Demon City. This Charm permanently grants the Infernal all the benefits and drawbacks of the Large mutation. He gains a dot in both Strength and Stamina, an additional -0 health level, and at least a foot of height.
At Essence 3+, the Infernal can purchase this Charm a second time, increasing its effects to that of the Huge mutation. He gains an additional dot in both Strength and Stamina, an additional -1 health level, and at least two additional feet of height.
A third purchase of this Charm at Essence 4+ further increases this Charm's effects to that of the Giant mutation. The Infernal gains a third additional dot in both Strength and Stamina, an additional -1 health level, two additional -2 health levels, and at least an additional three feet in height.
A final purchase of this Charm at Essence 5+ raises increases the benefits to that of the Colossus mutation. He gains six feet in height, a fourth additional dot in both Strength and Stamina, an additional -1 health level, and an additional -2 health level.
The dots of Strength and Stamina granted by this Charm are not considered to be dice added by Charms, nor do they count against the Infernal's normal maximum value for Attributes or for determine the experience cost to raise Strength or Stamina.
For example, an Infernal with Essence 3 and Strength 4 purchases this Charm twice. His Strength becomes 6, but he can still raise his Strength by an additional dot and the experience cost to do so would be 16 experience points instead of 24.

New Mutation: Colossus
This abomination is the equivalent of taking the Large Mutation four times. The creature grows to three times the size of the largest examples of his species. This mutation confers four dots of Strength and Stamina, as well as additional health levels: -0 x1, -1 x3, and -2 x3.

Unhearing Giant Stance
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 2; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Social
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Invincible Colossus Stature
Those who stand beneath Isidoros are of no consequence, their pleas heard only when it suits the massive titan.
This Charm grants the Infernal a bonus to his Dodge MDV equal to the number of size categories by which he exceeds his social attackers.

Charm Concept: Size Categories
Several Isidoros Charms care about the relative size differences between the Infernal and others around him. The following broad categories and examples should be used to classify such when dealing with such Charms. In ascending order of size:
Miniscule - Humans with the Miniscule mutation, Cats
Tiny - Humans with the Tiny mutation, Dogs
Small - Humans with the Small mutation, Wolves,
Medium - Normal humans, Deer, Dolphins
Large - Humans with the Large mutation, Gorillas, Lunars in Warform
Huge - Humans with the Huge mutation, Lunars with Devastating Ogre Enhancement in Warform, Rhinos,
Giant - Humans with the Giant mutation, Mammoths, Yeddim, Tyrant Lizards
Colossus - Humans with the Colossus mutation, Alchemical Exalted with Essence 6+, Characters piloting Warstriders

Towering Titan Condescension
Cost: 5m; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Simple
Keywords: Combo-Ok
Duration: Indefinite
Prerequisite Charms: Invincible Colossus Stature x2
Sometimes, Isidoros feels the whim to spare those beneath him instead of crushing them underfoot. At those times, he chooses to take a smaller form.
Upon activating this Charm, the Infernal can reduce his height, down to his original size if he so chooses. This allows the Infernal to once more blend in with ordinary humans and removes and size related penalty to disguise rolls, but does have the drawback of reducing his effective size category, which may weaken other Isidoros Charms.
Using this Charm, however, does not remove the benefits that his great size may grant him, like additional dots of Strength and Stamina or additional health levels. This only affects his size.

Footsteps Like Earthquakes Prana
Cost: 4m; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Reflexive
Keywords: Knockdown, Combo-Ok, Obvious
Duration: One action
Prerequisite Charms: Invincible Colossus Stature
The Black Boar that Twists the Skies shakes the foundations of the Demon City with just his footsteps.
While this Charm is active, anyone who is within (Essence) yards of the Infernal while he is moving must check for knockdown. Add the number of size categories by which the Infernal's size exceeds the victim's to the difficulty to resist knockdown.

Stone Breaking Step
Cost: 5m; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Extra Action
Keywords: Combo-Ok
Duration: One action
Prerequisite Charms: Footsteps Like Earthquakes Prana
Those who fall beneath Isidoros's hooves are crushed like the insects they are. An Infernal with this Charm active can make a reflexive kick attack against every prone opponent that he walks over. The Infernal adds a number of bonus dice to the attack roll equal to the number of size categories by which the Infernal's size exceeds the victim's size.
The Infernal may only make kick attack per pass over a particular foe, but making more than one pass across a particular opponent is perfectly permitted, allowing the Infernal to trample a particularly hated foe into pieces.

Foe-Tossing Charge
Cost: 3m; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Supplemental
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Knockback.
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Unrestrained Force, Footsteps Like Earthquakes Prana
Foes are sent flying like pebbles before the might of Isidoros. An attack supplemented by this Charm hurls its target back (Strength + Essence) yards, so long as the attack is not dodged. The victim must check for knockdown at a difficulty equal to half the Infernal's Strength.

Charging Boar Emulation
Cost: 5m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Simple
Keywords: Combo-Ok
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Foe-Tossing Charge, Citadel-Toppling Touch
When the Black Boar charges, nothing stands in his way. This Charm is an attack against any opponent the Infernal is aware of, even if the target is behind walls or otherwise normally impossible to attack. The Infernal may reflexively move up to (Dexterity x Essence) yards before making the attack, plowing through any barrier not made of one of the Magical Materials as though it was tissue paper. The attack itself is unblockable, ignores cover bonuses, and has its raw damage doubled before soak is applied.

Black Boar's Hide
Cost: 1m per 2 points of soak; Mins: Essence 2; Type: Reflexive (Step 7)
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Obvious
Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: Invincible Colossus Stature
Swords without number have been dulled trying to harm the Black Boar. When activating this Charm, the Infernal may spend up to (Essence) motes. Each mote spent increases the Infernal's innate bashing and lethal soak by two. While this Charm is active, the Infernal's skin and hair turn black and coarse, much like the hide of Isidoros himself.
At Essence 4+, each mote spent on this Charm also increases the Infernal's innate aggravated soak by one.

Pinpricks From Swords Fortitude
Cost: 1hl; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Reflexive (Step 7)
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Black Boar's Hide
To Isidoros, the cut of a sword is but a scratch, a minor inconvenience at wost. This Charm is a perfect defense against the damage of an attack, reducing the raw and final damage of the attack to zero after all other modifiers and effects. This Charm suffers from the Imperfection of the Black Boar.

The Imperfection of the Black Boar
Isidoros is a creature of unparalleled strength. He cannot conceive that another could even match his might. As such, Charms suffering from the Imperfection of the Black Boar cannot be used to defend against attacks made by a creature at least as many dots of Strength as the Infernal.
If the Infernal has Unlimited Strength Exertion active, then this Imperfection can only be exploited by another being also using Unlimited Strength Exertion.
A being with Unlimited Strength Exertion active always exploits this Imperfection.

Invincible Juggernaut Realization
Cost: - (5m); Mins: Essence 4; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Pinpricks From Swords Fortitude
Mighty Isidoros does not even feel the blades of his opponents if he so wills it. An Infernal with this Charm can invoke Pinpricks From Swords Fortitude for five motes instead of its normal cost.

Insignificant Gnat Understanding
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 5; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Pinpricks From Swords Fortitude
The Black Boar that Twists the Skies need not concern himself with the swords of lesser beings. To shrug off their insignificant blows requires less than a thought. An Infernal with this Charm can use Pinpricks From Swords Fortitude as an innate power (Essence - 5) times in a scene, minimum one time. He still must pay all pertinent costs, but the use does not count as a Charm activation.

Sorcerous Enlightenment of Isidoros
Cost: -; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Sorcerous
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: First Isidoros Excellency
The Black Boar that Twists the Skies believes in the superiority of the self. As such, the sorcerous initiation granted by Isidoros reduces the cost of spells that enhance the caster by 10 motes and one Willpower (minimum five motes, one Willpower). Examples of such spells include Invulnerable Skin of Bronze, Wood Dragon's Claw, Incomparable Body Arsenal, Lightning Spider, The Sacred Tongue, Spirit Sword, Unbreakable Bones of Stone, God-Forged Body of War, and Unity of the Closed Fist.
However, Isidoros has difficulty relying upon the abilities of others. His pride makes it difficult to force himself to call upon allies, adding a one Willpower surcharge to any spell which summons or binds others, such as Slave-Spawn Summons or Three-Fold Binding of the Heart.

They are Infernal Charms for White Wolf's Exalted roleplaying game. They have nothing to do with D&D's Book of Exalted Deeds, in case you were wondering.

They're awesome.

Stop what you're doing right now and make more.

He can't do that! Jezebel will never take over the world without him!

And while she appreciates the thought, Jez is all about subtlety, so no Isidoros charms for her.

Hey Kyeudo, I'm over here from the Exalted Forums at whitewolf.com, and stumbled upon your Isidoros charmset while googling for such things. I really like the charmset and came up with a handful of expansion charms to fill in gaps, including a much needed Shintai charm. I'd like to post them on the forums, but since my charms build off of yours, I don't want to re-post without permission.

What say you?

Also, here's the expansion charms I wrote. There's more to come, but it's what I got so far.

Pattern Warping Impact
Cost: - (+2m or +4m); Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Obvious, Combo-OK
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Bone-Breaking Blow

When Isidoros strikes, he does so with force that causes the Shinma themselves to quiver, warping reality around the point of impact. The air ripples visibly as a roughly spherical shockwave spreads out from the Infernal's fist as it strikes. This charm permanently upgrades its pre-requisite, allowing it to be activated with a +2m surcharge. A successful strike that inflicts at least one level of damage causes an instant, one-time Environmental Hazard, with Damage [post-soak damage dice] Bashing, Trauma (Essence), and a range of (Essence) yards.

A second purchase at Essence 4+ makes this damage Lethal for a total surcharge of +4m, increases the range to (Essence x 5) yards, and forces a knockback check at a difficulty equal to the Infernal's current total strength.

Unstoppable Lodestone Journey
Cost: 7m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Simple (Dramatic Action)
Keywords: Obvious, Combo-OK, Sorcerous
Duration: Indefinite
Prerequisite Charms: Heedless Boar Mentality

Isidoros stops for no one and may travel hundreds of miles without stopping or slowing. When this Charm is activated, the Infernal chooses a destination with a known location that is within the same plane of existence and that they can reach without the aid of any external mount or vehicle. This destination becomes a positive Intimacy, and Artifacts and spells that provide personal locomotion are explicitly considered NOT to be vehicles in this case. For the duration of this Charm, this Intimacy automatically benefits from a parallel activation of Heedless Boar Mentality.

When activated, the Infernal feels an unerring pull towards their destination, and the tireless strength of the Black Boar That Twists the Skies fills him to bursting. For as long as the Infernal continues to move towards their destination, they do not need to eat or sleep or rest, automatically succeeding on any Stamina checks needed to endure, and no natural phenomenon can cause them to get lost. Consider all terrain one step easier, and assume a base land speed of (Strength x Stamina) miles per day before other considerations.

Sky-Twisting Tread
Cost: - (+1 wp) ;Mins: Essence 4; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Shaping, Obvious
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Unstoppable Loadstone Journey

Rather than be obliterated by the Black Boar's heedless tread, Creation moves aside to let it pass. This is a permanent upgrade to the pre-requisite, allowing an optional +1 wp surcharge upon activation. This adds the Shaping and Obvious keywords, and causing Creation to warp around the Infernal as he pursues his destination, trailing curls and wisps of crackling shadows. Space bends and inanimate objects are harmlessly shunted aside, walls dimple then open then rebound into shape. Most normal objects are completely unharmed by this, even if the Infernal walks right through them, with the exception of any surface that reflects his image. Mirrors will shatter, metals will tarnish, and water with boil rather than reflect the terrible image of the Black Boar's chosen. Any of the Magical Materials are immune to this effect.

Moreover, when this charm is active, all activations of Where the Boar Treads increase their duration to Indefinite and reduce the cost to activate it by 2m, but its benefits only apply when the Infernal is moving towards their destination. Any use of DDV to avoid harm must move in that direction, or the benefits of that charm are temporarily suspended until movement resumes in that direction.

All terrain is considered 2 steps easier, and all mundane obstacles are incapable of reducing their speed. Non-magical entities are also harmlessly shunted aside, protected by Creation. Any being with an Essence-pool is considered a magical obstacle, and must either get out of the way or attempt to stop an Infernal advancing on them with the inexorable force of a falling mountain. Essence-based barriers of any kind must be dealt with normally and are unaffected by this Charm.

A second purchase of this charm allows the Infernal to reflexively dispel any magical barrier impeding their progress as though they were using Emerald Countermagic. This applies only to magical obstacles between them and their goal, and no other sorcerous effects. At Essence 5, this counts as Sapphire Countermagic for the above purposes, and at Essence 6+, it counts as Adamant Countermagic.

Inexorable Shintai of the Falling Mountain
Cost: 10m, 1wp; Mins: Essence 5; Type: Simple
Keywords: Obvious, Shaping, Form-Type
Duration: Indefinite
Prerequisite Charms: Sky-Twisting Tread (x2), Citadel Toppling Touch

The Infernal stands up to their full height in a pose of defiance, and is consumed by a crackling black flame. There is no sign of pain as this flame burns a hole through the walls of reality, revealing for a moment an infinite, crushing blackness beyond the silhouette of the vanished Infernal. This is a Speed 6 action during which the Infernal is only vulnerable to attack on the tick in which it begins, and the tick in which it ends. Between these moments, they are not really there, and are considered invalid targets for any attack.

Emerging from this hole in the world, the Infernal is remade in the image of Isidoros and imbued with a fraction of his unstoppable power. The Infernal gains the following benefits for the duration of this Charm:

•They gain an additional size category, stacked on top of any other Isidoros Charms or mutations that increase size. If the Infernal is already considered a Colossus, they increase in size to Titanic, growing to 4 times their normal height and gaining an additional 2 dots of Strength and Stamina. If using Towering Titan Condescension, this additional size category increase may not be hidden.

•They may activate Footsteps Like Earthquakes Prana for 2m, and it does not count as a Charm activation.

•Once per Action, they may reflexively reassign the 'destination' of Unstoppable Lodestone Journey (ULJ), and anyone or anything whose location is known and is in the same realm of existence is a valid target. If the target is a living entity, then any combat actions involving attacking or defending against that entity will confer all the benefits of ULJ at no risk of breaking the effects.

•While Unstoppable Loadstone Journey is active, the Infernal may choose to withhold their mercy from Creation, destroying all obstacles to their progress rather than simply allowing them to slip out of the way. All non-magical inanimate objects within (Essence) yards of the Infernal take (Essence x Strength) automatic levels of Bashing Damage as they disintegrate in his wake. This is a Shaping effect, just like Sky-Twisting Tread. The Infernal could walk through a mountain like this and barely slow at all.
