Spring Attack lets you attack in the middle of your move.

Shot on the Run lets you attack in the middle of your move.

I feel as though there's a feat that lets you cast spells/take any standard action in the middle of your move. What is it?

There's also Mobile Casting (CAd I think), that lets you cast spell while moving.

If you want movement + full attack + movement here's a list (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103358) of ways to get Pounce and Free Movement. For example, Ride by Attack + Ashworm Dragoon, Lion Totem Barbarian + Paladin of Freedom + Travel Devotion, Evasive Reflexes + Karmic Strike + Robilar’s Gambit, and so on. Or you could combine Pounce with Knockback, and make a full attack that pushes your enemies away from you.

In general, a melee build should be making a full attack every single round. Because Mobility prevents this, it should be completely avoided if at all possible. Also, moving away from your enemy often prevents many AoO/battlefield control combos. So it's generally only a good idea if you have another meat shield in your party who can fill that roll.

Actually, I think he's referring to casting or using non-attack standard actions on the move.

i feel that if you are a melee build, if you arent making a full attack every turn, you had better be a cleric or a psychic warrior, and using a spell/power in that time that you arent full attacking. a well-placed power/spell is just as good as a full attack at times, and better at others
