@Introbulus: I know your already dead but Arena Character #1 is not in an area of shadowy illumination, he dropped the lantern off of the edge of the platform and the lanterns only provide illumination too 10ft at max, meaning Arena Character#1 is in TOTAL DARKNESS(Evil laugh goes here)

@Thefurmonger: I do not believe Trippy has darkvision, meaning he needs to roll a d100 to see if he passes my concealment from the darkness(its a 50% chance that he will not hit) Arena Character #1 has darkvision, therefore he is unhindered by the darkness. While in the area of darkness Trippy also is considered blinded (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/conditionSummary.htm#blinded). Finally, please note that the darkness is non-magical and as such cannot be dispelled unless a light is moved or magically created.

Actually, since Teravel is standing in R16 with a hooded lantern, Arena Character #1 is only in shadowy illumination. Since Trippy has low-light vision, it's bright illumination for him and he suffers no miss chance at all.
