Whilst studying in the library one day, Ga'Li stumbled upon something amazing. Apparently, Lizardfolk can clean themselves with their tongues, something he had never dared dream of doing. However, this would reduce his expences, and times were tough.
Upkeep -1 for Level Up. Good-bye scented body wash.
I suppose I also get an action for the Civ. If I don't see a list before time's up, I'll just build wealth, if researching new tech is not an option.
Oh, right, forgot the actions list:
You can:
-Move the Leader a number of squares equalling his move cost (less, actually, due to some move-reducing squares like that forest)
City actions:
-Produce a unit: units cost part of your starting wealth (200)
-Research a technology: techs take up an entire round not producing wealth - each round, the Production used on the technology instead of wealth is taken from the tech's overall cost - low level techs cost 25 production. Sorry if this seems gibberish, i'm ill.
-Make wealth: That.

Unfortunatly for the Lizardfolk, a problem arose from the new food supply.
