Since my degree is nearing an end, I finally have time to start building D&D campaigns, cajoling my friends into playing more with me and whatnot. So I'm starting a nice collection of 3.5 books.
So far, picked up the basics, PHB, DMG and MMI as well as a copy of Dungeonscape to entice a friend who loves to be Indiana Jones and awesome at everything. What I'd like are recommendations for other books that add good flavour, nice classes or particular cool items or mechanics that would benefit players, particularly newer players.
And yes, I would love a copy of Tome of Battle. Unfortunately, the only ones in the UK I can find number in the hundreds of pounds.
Otherwise, fire on!
