So, i'm rolling up an wizard/initiate of the sevenfold veil, and was confused by something.

The save DC for an initiate’s warding is equal to 18 + her primary
spellcasting ability modifier (Intelligence for wizards,
Charisma for sorcerers and bards, and so on). The spell level
equivalent of a warding depends on which veil is integrated
into it.

so if i put up a red veil (equivalent 4th lvl spell) and someone walked through it, would the reflex save DC against the damage be 22 (18 + 4 int mod)
or 18 (10 + 4 + 4 int mod)?

thanks,

It's just 18+Int mod. The veils are modeled after a Prismatic Wall, so they use the save of a Prismatic Wall.

Take Abrupt Jaunt to be even more of a jerk. Enemy attempts to hit you, they take the Veil effect, teleport 10 feet and make them do it again.

There is a reason they are called Initiates of the Sevenfold Cheese...

PHBII

It is an alternate class feature for a conjurer (wizard conjuration specialist) you loose your familiar though.

oh, well i actually prefer generalist wizards to specialist ones, and don't have the PHBII, so that's out.
