malware trouble

Hey, I've kinda lost control of the malware situation on my computer. I can't seem to get my antivirus working, and the microsoft security center is being hijacked by a fake program. I'm currently in my admin account because internet keeps crashing on the other one. So basically, what free programs could help me (it can be the trial version of paying programs, as I'll be changing computers within the month).

Malwarebytes+Spybot works fine enough.

[Serpentine]

Avast, Spybot, AdAware and RogueRemover are the ones I used, and it got rid of it.
