Is there a way to convert the type of a spell you cast?

For example, turning an wizard's fireball into a divine fireball, as if cast by a cleric. This then opens up lots of additional options, not least divine metamagic.

Learning it on other lists. Other than that, well, Alternate Source Spell does precisely that... Problem being it's beyond broken and from Dragon Magazine.
