Runecarving(Ex): A Runecarver carves magical runes that are filled with magical power. It takes a move action to carve a rune, and requires the use of a Stern.
Permanent Rune(Ex): A Runecarver can gain a permanent rune that will aid them in combat and other pursuits. They can choose a Basic rune, or one of the Permanent Runes from the list.
Rune Body(Ex): A Runecarver is eventually covered in runes, and their skin is protected by them. They gain a bonus to their AC equal to 1/3 their Runecarver level.
