Items (magic or otherwise) that add to intimidate

Two I can think up right now, crystal mask of dread, is found in the MIC, and the spell "voice of the dragon", both give a +10 bonus that stack with each other.

Circlet of Persuasion gives a +3 competence bonus on every Charisma based check. For only 4,500 gp.

[Greenish]

Depending on your DM's interpretation, there could be a masterwork item (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/goodsAndServices.htm#toolMasterwork) for +2 circumstance bonus to a skill check. For Intimidate, maybe a mask.

PHB 2, the trophy taker feat. Each trophy gives you a bonus to intimidate and a penalty to diplomacy against creatures of that type. Sorta sucks because I think it's only a +2, adn doesn't scale even if you kill an ancient red dragon.

Admiral's Bicorne (Stormwrack) gives a net +7 bonus on all Charisma checks.
Vest of Legends (DMGII) gives +5 bonus on all Charisma checks.

Both stack with each other.

It is not exactly what you want (and is more focused on the character than the gear) but shows many ways to get fantastic intimidate scores. (and how to use them)

Eternal wand of Eagle's Splendor gives you +4 to charisma. (I may have the wrong animal spell)

Fireball. Why? because I think a reasonable Dm would give you a bonus to intimidate while standing ankle deep in the ashes of their fallen comrades.:smallbiggrin:

Book of Vile Darkness is sort of wonky as far as balance goes, but their torture gear is good for Intimidate.
