I might finally be able to play Mutants and Masterminds. However, as only one character has Flight and the other has enough Density to double his mass- I need to know if there's any ruling on how much a flying character can carry (if one ever needs to give the other a 'lift').
Any ideas?

It would depend entirely on the flying characters strength/super strength ranks. Unlike D&D, M&M does not distinguish much between the movement modes. So a person able to lift X while walking, can also lift X while flying.

A common trick to simulate flying being harder when you're carrying more is to put Super-Strength and Flight in a dynamic Array.

But should someone be limited to carrying a light load? Or should they be able to carry up to their max load?
